A fine impression, on cream wove paper, with full margins (2 1/2 to 4 1/4 inches ), in excellent condition.

Created while the artist worked for the New York City WPA, after an oil painting of the same title and subject. Hios served as a combat photographer and artist for the U.S. Marine Corps during WWII. His work was included in the exhibition "NYC WPA Art" at Parsons School of Design, 1977.
